"David Landes basically robbed me. I was finally able to get a hold of him to appraise my home and he did come out to look the place over. I gave him almost 1 month to send me my appraisal. When I called him he insisted he sent it to me but he would send it again. No appraisal still and now he will not answer his phone. UPDATE 7/2: I rescind my previous review, as David has come through and sent me my appraisal. Not sure what the issue was as far as communication went, but he provided what I paid for."
