"I called Stephan Vest Engineering Company because I needed a Structural Plan for my sunroom and shed. I had previously hired another company for a site plan but the Building Inspectors kept denying me for various reasons. A friend told me I should call a Structural Engineer so I chose Vest Engineering. Choosing them was the best decision I could have made plus their pricing was much more reasonable compared to other Engineering companies I had called. Stephan came out to my home and did his inspection, took measurements and made suggestions . When I received my Structural Plan, it was seven pages and very thorough and professional. I took it to the City Building Inspectors and they approved it. I was elated. I would highly recommend Stephan Vest Engineering Company if you need this type of work done. I am one happy lady!!! Thank you Stephan for your outstanding service."

"They were very prompt and gave quick service. I asked if they could do a quick inspection for me and we initially agreed on a week later since that was most convenient for me. The following day, on a Saturday they reached out to me and said they'd be in the neighborhood if that worked well for my schedule, which it did. I was able to get help very quickly whereas another company was estimating at least a 3 week wait time just for someone to come do a simple inspection."

"Sami's service was phenomenal. He was attentive to what we were trying to create. He knew the ordinances and requirements needed to pass our inspections and was available to advise us throughout the process. For Sami it was not just a job it was a passion to make sure we were pleased with his work. Sami has excellent work ethics. We chose our own contractor and he worked well with our contractor. I would definitely work with him again and recommend him to others."

"We have just begun our experience with Big Block Design but we are already feeling confident about our project."

"Eric and his team are the epitome of consummate professionals. This was our second time contracting with them with the same superior outcome. We started with the general idea of ‘we want a paver patio and some steps.’ Eric came out, assessed the layout, expanded on our design, provided alternatives and priced the options as requested. We picked a paver pattern and color, discussed how the steps would be installed, and agreed on a timeline. As always, ideas for changes came up during the construction and were easily accommodated; the crew handled the changes without missing a beat. Every work day seemed to be used efficiently and interactions with the crew members were pleasant and professional. Sod and pine straw were replaced so that any disturbance due to equipment was repaired. The end result is of the highest quality. We recommend Nesbit Landscape and would definitely seek their advice and services again."

"Brinson was very detailed and professional when presenting his plan for my project and the team performed the work in a precise manner. My newly designed flower bed area looks amazing!"
