Devendra completely understood our requirements and came up with all the needed plans like structural, plumbing, electrical, etc in a very quick turn around. He did a very good co-ordination with the Fremont city building approval team and able to get the permit approved on time. "Shilpa did an amazing job designing an addition to a home we bought. It included remodeling an extra framed garage into a master bedroom suite, laundry room and powder room plus adding to its size . The project also included doubling a great room to blend into the house with the new suite as well as opening up the kitchen to this great room and raising the ceiling . The design blends really well and will provide a nice open plan for living and entertaining I was impressed with how well Shilpa understood what we wanted and executed the plans in the time frame promised if not earlier. She also pushed it thru the planning dept. with minimal need for changes. The project is on going and is moving along well Shilpa is always available to answer questions as things progress. "Gotta tell you. I hit the jackpot with Jesus and his crew. I had 3 estimates. His was the least expensive for a considerable landscaping project. However, being the least expensive did not show itself in his impeccable work. His expertise, design, hard work and excellent crew made for a terrific outcome. Little extras not mentioned in the original plan were done without further expense. It was obvious his first concern was that I was happy. When he saw I was, in fact, happy, his face lit up with the joy of pleasing his customer that is rare these days. Another thing that was a positive for me was this is a family business. Most of his crew was made up of relatives who worked their butts off for him. At one point, his wife chipped in and stained some fencing that was already there, but was faded.
