"GREAT! I am so happy that I called Kamran for a structural review of my home's foundation. He was able to assess the situation, recommend a reasonable repair by a reputable construction firm he works with regularly (JP General Construction). Everything went wonderfully. I would encourage anyone to call Ohi Engineering Group if they would like an expert structural engineering assessment."

"We hired Bitarchitects for a major renovation of our home and were extremely pleased with the experience. It was a substantial investment, and we valued the architects' expertise and guidance throughout the project. From the beginning, we had the opportunity to speak with several professionals, hear different perspectives, and make informed decisions. We worked closely with the architectural and design teams, followed by the structural and mechanical engineers, before moving into permitting. Although permitting presented some challenges, the team remained engaged and continued working with us until we successfully completed the process. Bitarchitects then helped us navigate construction and coordinate the different contractors, subcontractors, and agreements involved. Having one integrated team guide us step by step made a complex project much more manageable. We appreciated their knowledge, persistence, and continued support, and we highly recommend Bitarchitects."

"Working with Justin and Adam Contracting was painless and the quality of work and timely completion of the job is commendable. Communications were great; they were always on time and if there was going to be a delay we were promptly notified. But most importantly is their integrity. There was a room which needed ceiling drywall repair that we had forgotten was part of the original estimate. Several days after we had paid the final invoice, we got a call from Justin stating they had forgotten to do the drywall repair in the room in question. They promptly set up a time at our earliest convenience and the repairs were made and the room looks great. Will definitely use Adam Contracting again and they are highly recommended."

"I had a great experience working with Omid Gharavi of OGV Structural Engineering for structural engineering permit services for my home in Baltimore. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. The drawings he prepared and stamped, along with the engineering letter, were approved by the county without issue, allowing me to move forward with my home project. I truly appreciate his expertise and would highly recommend his services."

"The people for WL Meekins exceeded all my expectations.  One of the three companies I had gotten estimates from to provide this service -boundary survey- for me, clearly seemed to be on top of the game from the get go.
- Getting an accurate estimate from them was painless, they were pulling info about our property right on the phone, they satisfied all my questions, being that I'm a first time home owner, had plenty for them.
- The appointment was quickly and conveniently set up, they were readily available for my convenience.
- They were on time, even early.
- Bill and assistant  worked for almost two hrs, were very through. They found and re-placed markers ( Stake+ metal rods)  in all four corners of my property, an additional one placed on one of the sides due to a slope.
- The plat drawing arrived when they said it would, on time.
Love the fact that they stuck to the estimate, there were no surprises, work was detailed oriented and thorough. I got to finally know exactly the boundaries of the land surrounding my house. Great work!

"Great drawings and very professional. I’m putting this project on hold until the fall. It appears there’s other items on the foundation wall that needs to be taken care of before the landscaping company can do their job"

"I hired NV to extend my kitchen and remodel it, I am highly satisfied with their services. The team was professional. They answer all my questions on the initial consultation meeting. The architect and designer took the time to listen to my ideas and be able to design the extension and kitchen. Project manager communicated with me regularly and kept me updated on the progress of the project. The extended and remodeled kitchen looks really nice. The team paid close attention to every detail, ensuring that the final product was exactly what I had envisioned. Overall, I highly recommend this company for any kitchen extension and remodeling needs. They are professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
