"Joe designed a beautiful family room addition to expand our Cape Cod style home. His design integrated the new room beautifully into the existing house and it looks like it was always there.  All of the builders who bid on his design remarked how detailed and complete his plans were. I would use him again without hesitation. A really good architect and a heck of a nice guy.

"Very professional experience with Mina, the engineer who thoroughly explained his findings and suggested remedies. He confirmed house settlement suspicions and causes in a lengthy, detailed report complete with photos. I trust Kiro Engineering and would highly recommend them for structural engineering consultation and peace of mind."

"He's fantastic--both a structural engineer and contractor! As many contractors as I have found, there are not many that are so intelligent as to pick up on everything you are saying, problem solve as you are talking, and communicate solutions immediately. He is also a teacher and was the only contractor that gave me a visual description of what has been going on under my house in my 20 years of living here."

"very good work with reasonable price"

"George from LallyGone is a very professional architecture engineer. He came to the work site, inspected the house, and provided a reasonable price. His team worked on the particular project, there were three people in the team, they are very capable and efficient. The team cleaned up the work area after they finished the job. We were very satisfied with work done. i will definitely hire the company LallyGone again and will recommend this company to friends."

"Not a great salesman, and modest about his skills, but once he is at the job site, he really does know his stuff. (I'm a retired Registered Professional Engineer (Mechanical), and often worked with Structural Engineers like Greg on major Industrial buildings)."

"Anthony Nastasi, hired by me to rebuild our decaying bay window, did a terrific job. When he came out to survey our prospective job, he listened closely to what we wanted, took notes, did measurements, and made suggestions. Later that day he sent my a proposal, detailing the materials and total cost of the project. Ultimately, the final cost was only about $300 more as additional material was needed. Mr. Nastasi worked a full day each day he was here. He also was honest and direct - he told me when he would arrive in morning, and he did. He told me when he had to complete another job so he might have to leave early or miss a day. Many Subs aren't professional enough to simply tell the truth. He always did. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work he did, the time frame in which he completed the job and, most importantly, how it looks. I would unequivocally recommend Anthony Nastasi to anyone. "Fast turn around and very professional"

"Really easy to work with, accommodating, excellent work."

"Working with MLS was a fantastic experience. From the initial consultation to the final drawings for my home addition, everything was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. Mat took the time to understand my vision and delivered a design that was both beautiful and functional. The entire process was smooth, and I couldn?t be happier with the results. I highly recommend MLS to anyone looking for an architect who truly understands their craft."
