"I needed a qualified structural engineer for consultation on a new home construction due to some concerns I had about the foundation for the front porch. I was very pleased with the degree of knowledge and professionalism extended to me for all of my concerns. I highly recommend this business."

"First time Iâ d ever hired a structural engineer, so canâ t say."

"I'm combining two bedrooms into one, and expanding a bathroom requiring plans to remove two walls and install beams. Throughout the process Kevin was very helpful in preparing me to file an application for a building permit with the city of Pittsburgh. His demeanor is pleasant and he was always willing to find the best method for a successful outcome."

"JJ arrived when scheduled with a large group of very hard-working men. My husband and I wanted a new back-yard patio but were not sure exactly what we needed done. JJ had excellent suggestions including a very intricate pattern for the paver stones we had chosen and the edging we needed. We were so impressed that we also asked him to address several other issues we had in our yard (including some broken steps leading to our bottom yard which he did in a skillful manner. He was unfazed when we decided at the last moment to have him also put in stepping stones to access the steps leading into our bottom back yard. (I was stunned when he not only put in topsoil but planted grass-seed in the area around the stepping stones). Everything turned out beautifully, far exceeding our expectations and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend."

"Rough Diamond Construction Company did an excellent job remodeling my family room/basement. Nate's attention to detail and his expertise was well worth every dollar paid. He was always in contact with me as well as advocating for me when I had a water problem in my basement with the company who initially made the repair. Because of the water problem I experienced in the summer, I decided to have the entire room renovated - new floors, walls, ceiling, doors, etc. Nate and his crew were professional and efficient. The end result is that the room is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Nate and his team to anyone - you won't be sorry."

"Merry Ann goes the extra mile to help with the building plans. She has a lot of experience in the field. I can highly recommend her."

"They called and said they were working another job near me and would stop by to take a look at my steps. The arrived 10 minutes later evaluated what needed to be done and told me they would come back later that day. They came back when they said they would and repaired my steps. They look great! I would definitely rehire them! Courteous, no double talk and, they listened to what I wanted!"

"Ben and his crews are absolutely fantastic!!! Always on time, phenomenal work - fair pricing and always on top of things. Twice, because of weather restrictions during the week, they actually came and took care of my yard on Holidays (Mother’s Day & Easter). The landscaping they do is always first rate and they never cut corners…..6 Stars…if that’s an actual rating. Hire Them!!!!!"
