He conducted a thorough assessment of the structure and the land grading. During that process, he advised me on the causes of the cracks and suggestions on how I can easily prevent more. Mr. Mikaeel then defined a corrective action plan: citing the necessary actions, the equipment needed, cuts to be made, the sequence, and specific materials for sealing.
