Mila and Kevin worked with us to renovate our enclosed patio build a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. It turned out amazing. We went through several revisions in the design, and they took care of the permits and paperwork with the city. My wife works from home, so they mindful in working around her availability. Overall, the project took about 14 months from when we found them due to permits taking a few months. it's hard living in a construction zone but the team went above and beyond to minimize the impact it had on our lives. They have a great team that is very attentive and responsive. Some of my parts are on back order and the team will be back to install the missing lights and shelves we bought as finishes. I will work with them again if I projects. Great professionals to trust your home."

"Shilpa working with her structural engineer completed all the architectural and structural plans and calculations for a 400SF single story addition, complete with drilled piers and grade beams, in just over two months for submittal to City for review. Shilpa is very easy to work with and is quite readily available to fit my work and project schedule. Shilpa is very responsive to my comments and timely completion of required documents. Cost is reasonable. City has few review comments and issued permit for construction. I would definitely retain Shilpa again when the need comes up."
