Salesmen from many foundation repair companies quoted us about $10,000 in pier installation, whereas after taking measurements for settling and analyzing cracks found we don't need ANY piers. Also, our polyjacking estimates were all thrown out as a result of the visit, because the garage floor was fine!!! Just needed to use some concrete sealant and could do that ourselves. In short, we saved about $15,000 on work that wasn't even needed. Save yourself the headache, and call this company. "He came to my house, but never actually delivered the design. He asked for 2-3 wks. I gave him about 4 wks. I tried to contact him to follow up, but I did not hear from him. I have received a refund from Angie's List. He told me they were doing (maybe paving?) when we first met, and he's trying to do landscape design? It was only $39. When I first contacted the rating was A, and it was B when I last looked. Maybe it's a case of trying to do too much, or needing to narrow the scope of work. You can know/do a little about everything, or something about a little....not both."

"Our back and side yard had become a swamp and Nathan and the guys at the Drainage Team fixed all our problems.  They were very professional, had wonderful ideas and fixed our problems.  When the utilities came out to mark where all the lines were buried I was sure one was going to get cut by the small backhoe they had to bring in to dig the trench for the piping. I just couldn't imagine how they could navigate them, but they did.  I was thrilled.  A portion of our old (very old) fence had to be removed for them to do the work and when it was reinstalled there was a little more gap at the bottom of where the fence went up a hill.  We have a small dog and the guys took some old pavers and installed them all the way up the hill so our dog would not be able to escape. They reseeded the area of our yard that had been torn up and it looks better than any of the rest of our yard.  We've had no flooding or pooling since.  The system is working as they intended.  Our side yard actually dries out now and is no longer a swap.  They also added on pouring us a concrete pad for a shed we wanted to put in our backyard.  We'd intended to do this ourselves, but given the time of year and our busy schedule we didn't think we'd have time.  Nathan was great, looked at the shed and gave us options as to what type of base we could put in.  We decided concrete was the best option and they worked it into their timeframe of the project for a reasonable price.  Everything came out great and we were very impressed by their work.  I will definitely use them again if we ever had any further issues."
