This is is my first time taking on a project like this so Iâ m a little lost on the steps to move forward. Pedro walked me through the process and told me what I need to do get started and advised me on what walls were load bearing and provided solutions to walls that were load bearing that I potentially want to remove. "The service that they did was fine. The inspection was fast and the report was fast, however there was a time gap getting the Post Construction Engineer letter due to a misunderstanding. If you work with this Pro you must be clear up front, but they were very professional. I would recommend them. but know that their services are targeted toward the buyer and the report includes recommendations for buyers. IF you are a seller I highly recommend requesting a sample of the report. Also note: Post Construction Engineer letter is an additional cost."
