"Excellent engineer with excellent communication skills and reliability"

"Justin with AE Leuken was so professional and incredibly helpful. I called him last minute to inspect a home that I was in contract with and he came out next day! I can not recommend him and his company enough. I called so many Structural Engineering companies and this was the only one I felt I could trust to inspect and made me feel confident going through with the purchase of our new home!"

"I had a smaller project that was time sensitive. While other engineers wouldn't even return phone calls, this company called me promptly, came out within a day to get measurements, gave me a reasonable estimate and agreed to meet my deadline. They finished the work a week early (and during the holidays). I was very happy with their responsiveness and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you."

"Everyone was was very professional and very easy to work. The crew started on the day we agreed on and finished on time, with all vegetation being very healthy. If I ever have a question they are fast to respond understanding that I am new to the AZ climate and need some extra hand holding. It feels like a wonderful resort in my backyard!"

"Not sure it could have gone any better. From getting the bid to the final walkthrough. We got 5 different bids from highly rated landscaping companies. Zee was the only estimator that listened to what I wanted to do, and instead of trying to talk me out of it like some of the others, worked with me to make it successful. Zee and the crew didn't bat an eye when I asked the to change a few things (some of them I messed up). Some were even simply out-of-scope of the project but they did them anyway without complaint. They weren't even the most expensive bid but I do believe they turned out to be the best at any price. We are very happy we selected them."

"To be honest Im dealing with a complicated district and I was kind of frustrated that my project was handed off to a new person but Raegan Hammon was the most patient, kind, professional and efficient Architect I have ever had the pleasure 🙏 of doing business with. Thank you for placing my project in her very capable hands. Forever grateful Leilee Keppard [*** Link removed ***]"

"I recently had a boundary line dispute with a new neighbor, and Joel and his team were absolute lifesavers! My home is over 70 years old, and they worked diligently to locate all the historical markers to establish the legal property lines. Throughout the entire process, they handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. Joel gave me a clear, thorough explanation of the boundaries, which gave me the exact peace of mind I needed to successfully resolve the issue. If you are looking for a highly skilled, honest, and reliable professional for any surveying needs, Joel Emert is the person to contact!"

"Israel is very nice and a pleasure to work with. Once we agreed on the work done and the price he got to work immediately and finished in about 10 hours."
