"Great experience, quick results. Great feedback from building inspector-Many times we do not fully recognize the value a design professional provides to our projects. In this case, I see the value far exceeding the cost in that it provides a clear scope to the depth of the project, allows for accurate materials and time analysis, and limits the probability of inspection failure due to unforeseen factors. It is a comprehensive plan that allows for ease of review and approval."

"Robert was super professional and was able to come over to my condo in a timely manner so that we can get a structural report to knock down a wall for our housing association to approve. Robert is awesome and I would recommend him to anybody who needs any structural engineering work on any renovations that they are doing to their own home."

"Doug Cutler is a very professional, experienced architect who was incredibly responsive. He has an engineer in-house, which made the process of our kitchen renovation even easier."

"Super responsive and helpful. Came out within a few days looked at my project (removing load bearing wall and identifying partion walls), and submitted stamped plans within a couple of days. Quick , easy ,simple. Pricing was similar to other engineers I spoke to."

"Mike's drawings are crisp and professional. I am frequently told by architects and clients that our submittals are the best they have seen. He responds to corrections and changes without issue and I enthusiastically recommend him."

"Hired them to do the demo for my remodel job. They were excellent and even finished a day early."

"I was searching for an architect on Angie’s list we’re building a new house in Newington, Ct Roger Greenwald popped up in my search. Roger called me the next day and we booked an appointment for him to come out to the property. He asked us what we wanted and designed the house for exactly what we needed. My mother is an elderly woman, Roger very patient and answered all my mother‘s questions. He wanted to design the house to what stage we were in our life and what would work for us. Roger is extremely knowledgeable in what he does, he returned every phone call every email immediately or within 24 hours. The house he designed was just absolutely beautiful it was everything we wanted. The blueprints were ready within two weeks if not sooner. Roger Greenwald Architect is FIVE STAR I highly recommend him. Once my house is fully built I will come back and upload photos"
