"World class service as they are very professional and friendly! I wholeheartedly recommend them as they endured and suffered a lot for our home additions as the contractor we had is impossible to work with . My hats off to them for their true humanity and care that they show to their clients. They are matchless and take pride in their work! Bravo to their wonderful design as we will definitely use their professional services in future."

"Mark was great! I had no idea what I wanted to do as I have never had a landscape project before, but I needed it done quickly for my son’s birthday party. He made a few suggestions, and I let him go from there. His employees were very professional and always gave me updates. The project was completed ahead of time even though we had some rain delays. I recommended Landscape By Design to everyone at the party!"

"This is a great landscaping company. They are knowledgeable, responsive and efficient. The crew shows up on time and cleans up neatly when done. I have worked with them many times and will keep hiring them."

"Terminus Surveying did a great job with our survey. They were very quick to respond to enquiries, and we had it completed within about 10 days. It only took that long because I didn't get the deposit to them right away. I highly recommend them, I felt the price was good."

"I hired them to create plans for an apartment building. The process was quick and painless. Cost was good. The plans are full complete abd ready to take to builders for quotes. I will definitly use them again."

"Warren Barry drafted the plans for our residential assisted living facility, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He treated the project like his own ? communicative, responsive, and consistently ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality. What set Warren apart was how he engaged with our vision. He understood our goals and translated them into thoughtful, well-executed plans, while offering smart suggestions that went beyond architecture into the business side of the project. After working with him, Warren is the only architect we feel comfortable scaling our business with. As we open additional facilities, we have full confidence he can deliver the same quality and partnership at every stage. If you want an architect who is talented, dependable, and genuinely invested in your success, hire Warren. Five stars, without hesitation."

The foundations of this company are built on the desire to run a compassionate, helpful, and honest business. We understand that when contractors or homeowners are searching for an engineer to make a project come to life, there will be questions and concerns that we are ready to tackle. \n\nMost Engineering firms have a lot of hands on the same project. When this happens it leaves room for miscommunication, errors, and frustration. At S&E we’ve eliminated this pain point by limiting the amount of projects we take on in our small (but mighty!) operation. Giving you the speed, accuracy, affordability, and peace of mind you need for your next design. \n\nCompetitive pricing and quick turnaround times. We look forward to working with you!

"I want to share my endorsement of David Graf Construction, Inc. I just bought a house with a 600 sq/ft deck that was not structurally sound. It was the peak of Covid and I couldnâ t get a contractor to show up for scheduled appointments. While driving in the neighborhood, I found David Graf on a job and asked him to come by and review my situation. While he was busy managing several jobs and booked out more months, he took pity on me and graciously came by and assessed my situation. He immediately recognized issues could not wait. He sent me a quote that evening and had a crew on-site a day later. The scope of work included structural improvements and a staircase for the deck. He connected me with a designer & engineer and got it all permitted with the county in record time. A few weeks later the work was completed within time estimate and on budget. The crew was fantastic, respectful & polite and always left the worksite tidied and free of debris. More importantly, the quality of work was exceptional. If you have a need for a general contractor for a construction project, I highly recommend you talk to David Graf of David Graf Construction, Inc."
