"I am glad I hired the Level engineering and Inspection. My property was damaged substantially due to a deep freeze. The insurance claim adjuster was not helpful and was trying to take an advantage of my ignorance. I do not know anything about architecture. Without their help, I would have never found the actual replacement cost would be over $80,000. I am planning to hire Bryan Conkle again to make sure the work is done correctly and precisely between the replacement of the subfloor and the replacement of the engineered wood floor. "Jonathan Ma was great to work with. He was responsive, available to answer any questions via text, phone or email, and gave us good insight into the project scope. He would immediately respond to any inquiry, which I feel is extremely important. He provided us with design options on our home renovation project and gave us the pros and cons of each. There were some small issues/oversights that I noticed on the plans, based on my background in engineering that were quickly addressed and fixed. The only thing I would suggest to Design X Architects is to make sure plans are reviewed by in house drafters so that once they are sent to customers that are non-technical, the small oversights would get picked up and corrected before city submission. I highly recommend Design X Architects because of Jonathan's constant communication with me as a client and dedication to his work."

"I hired Kyle as my structural engineer for my ADU. Long story short, my original architect ghosted me, and left an incomplete plan and about two months before application expires. I had to change my design a bit and Kyle was so kind. He helped me finished my revision over a weekend even though he had a lot of work at hand after he leaned my situation. And the city revision only cost him a day. With his help I was able to pull my permit two days before the deadline! Excellent work Kyle! Much appreciated!"

"I worked with Alpha once before, and they assisted with a second project 2 years ago which, now finally completed, I'm able to write a review about. Alpha helped with structural plans for windows in a garden level unit in order to prepare the proposal for city approval. Alpha is a big company and it took them a little while to complete everything; however I can certainly say that the engineer and contact people were knowledgeable and thorough.
