"I have used an architect in the past for major renovations at my house. Unfortunately, he passed away so I needed to find a new one for the extensive renovations that I want to do at my rental house. I contacted five architects, all of whom were not interested -- probably because one phase of the project involved expanding the basement. It was so much fun to watch him make the changes right in front of us. Gary was very responsive to all my calls and emails. He listened to what we wanted and he made it happen. Gary is well organized and he is very detail-oriented. His fees were very reasonable. We paid about one-eighth the amount that one architect had quoted. It was a seamless process from start to finish. I highly recommend Gary and his company, Kapital Drafting."

"We had a abasement apartment that was a Mess... Krause Construction came in and gutted our bathroom and kitchen. Redesigned both . Redid all the plumbing and electrical. Put a pocket door going into the bathroom which worked out great. Put new flooring in all rooms. We had them put a barn door going into the play room. Great job I love it. They put 5 new windows in the apartment. Painted all walls. Also redid my so called laundry room. Now it looks like a laundry room. Yea! New walls and floor. Krause Construction did an excellent job. My husband and I love the crew they were great guys. Not only was the work excellent but they kept us informed of what they were doing. When they started we said take your time. BUT my husband and I had someone special to us coming into town and asked if we could have the apartment done a lot sooner.
