From the beginning stages Colin made helpful suggestions to put together a design that we loved. Both Colin and the office manager Monica were responsive to any questions that came up along the way. Friendly crew that worked very hard and did an impeccable clean-up job each day. It looks like a brand new house from the outside and we couldn't be happier! Definitely would recommend and will be hiring again as other landscaping needs come up."

"They were very easy to work with.  They drove stakes along two sides of the property at the locations I requested to establish a line for fencing and landscaping.  They thoroughly explained what they were doing and how they were doing it.  The neighbors arrived as they were finishing.  The survey revealed that the property extended as much as ten feet onto the property that the neighbors believed to be theirs.  Ray spent twenty or thirty minutes patiently explaining the survey process, the authority a surveyor has to make these determinations and what recourse the neighbors had if they disagreed with the findings.  We were very appreciative of his willingness to take the time to talk with them about the survey.  It took about four weeks to receive the written report on the survey.

Various types of natural mulch and landscaping rocks were to be placed around the house, which meant clearing out existing flower beds, debris, weeds, etc. around the home. Finally, we must complement The Pool Shop and Grounds for hiring great support crews.  Both teams worked very quickly and their attention to details were outstanding.  In addition, they were also very friendly and considerate.  The professionalism they
displayed represented both companies extremely well ? adding to even more satisfaction we experienced during the installation. 
 
Spring is just around the corner.  We look forward to attending Pool School and enjoying our new backyard experience next season.
