He promptly responded to my request on the Angie's List app. He had the most reasonable price and was able to fit us in on the date and time we wanted. He always responded promptly and showed up exactly on time. They had all of the equipment they needed, conducted their work professionally, were courteous and very capable. After completed their work, they cleaned up, vacuumed and spent time discussing the work completed. After contractors that either wouldn't call back, were seriously over priced or not able to do the job, Adam Contracting was a great find. "We have been working with Todd Willoughby since early in 2018. We had purchased a piece of land along the Chesapeake Bay and wanted to build a small but thoughtfully designed contemporary garden cottage for our retirement. After speaking with a number of architects we chose Todd and we have been very happy with that decision. Over several months, we worked have closely with him through the several design phases, culminating in a very complete set of construction documents, that we are now using for bidding. Throughout the process, we have found Todd to be personable, smart, perceptive and creative. He has been able to translate our ideas into working drawings that one of the contractors noted was called the most detailed he has ever seen. Todd has captured our vision for an environmentally friendly house with solar and rainwater harvesting. We have met with him many times talk through the many details, choices, and constraints you inevitably face. He has done all the coordination needed with the other specialties the engineers, surveyor, and solar energy firm. Having enjoyed this first part of the collaboration, we are hiring Todd to help us through the bid evaluations and construction admin phases. The best recommendation would be our actual house, but until we get there we can say Todd has done an excellent and professional job getting us this far, and we look forward to working with him through to a completed project."

"Work was excellent; I was extremely pleased. They took their time to make sure that gutters were thoroughly cleaned. Gutter cleaning was by hand to protect my roof tiles; this is important since my house is almost 80 years old! They were as careful with the downspouts thoroughly running water to perfect work. Workers were polite and friendly. Management was professional and receptive to my needs and schedule. I love how Jose has eye for the littlest details and he always one step ahead of me with something that needs his attention on, he already thought it and has solution on how get it done. I originally hire Jose a while back where he did retainer wall and did beautiful job so I knew he was capable of doing great work with my next project. My front stairs were never right they little wonky. When I approach Jose and Kevin about new design idea from my front steps and walkway they were on it and together we came up with show stop walking way and stairs. It didn't stop there. My driveway was always a "hot mess" with sump pump kind in middle of driveway. Once again Jose, Kevin and I came with up an design idea for the driveway and they delivered.
