"Devendra is very professional, responsive, calm and knowledgeable. Our project is big and we had to do many changes in the house. Devendra completely understood our requirements and came up with all the needed plans like structural, plumbing, electrical, etc in a very quick turn around. He maintained a very good communication with me and my contractor while the project is ongoing. He did a very good co-ordination with the Fremont city building approval team and able to get the permit approved on time. He even took care of a special requirement that came up in our case that mandated a special inspection on removing the load bearing wall. It was a pleasure working with Devendra and I would highly recommend him as an architect for any home building/remodeling projects."

They also repurposed materials like river rocks from the parking strip to make a beautiful dry riverbed in the old lawn area. New stone facia was placed over the old, tired looking brick. It was a multifaceted job due to a flooded section of the house. Carpet, flooring and walls in three rooms need to be removed. At a quick pace, they removed and replaced sub-flooring and walls, repainted walls, had bathroom flooring replaced and the insulation and vapor barrier under the house replaced. Ryan Lovejoy is a great communicator, that kept me informed every step of the way. Ryan as well as his assistants are well mannered, polite and thoughtful. I could not be more pleased with the whole process. Truly thankful I found them and would highly recommend them to anyone."
