"I am very impressed to deal with Emil . The work went very professional and fantastic eventhough not completely done 100% but I am sure will come beautiful more than we expected. Very seldom now to find someone honest and professional gives advice to save some money and less money for him. Emil is available seven days a week to answer any question or concern. All crew's working from bottom of their heart like this is their own house with using technology tools to do the Job. I can't thank them enough for what they doing so far .they came yesterday very cold weather to do the work, even my neighbors told me that your construction crew's working every single day. I am highly recommended for anyone who is looking to get professional work with reasonable price and enjoy peace of mind because you are in honest hands professional people worry about their reputation and credibility. I will share some pictures of the work done so far Even though not completely finished. Also I was very impressed to hear a comments from tge rough inspectors personal who came to do the inspection stated that we are like to walk in clean job and people know what are doing good. Infact the inspector asked for phone number to recommended for other people. I will share more pictures after the work completely done ✔"

"Louis was simply excellent. When I’m need of a home inspection, He provide everything you seek and more … You get perspective as an inspector, but also that of an engineer. His final report is thorough and includes additional suggestions for maintaining the integrity of your property. Highly recommended."

"I first started working with Gary in 2016. We had planned to build an extension above our foyer. Fast forward to November 2020, when we were finally ready to start building the addition...I contacted Gary - out of the blue, and we have been working together again since. His customer service and flexibility has been exceptional! For example, contractor suggested a few changes to his plans, so we discussed those, brainstormed and tried to find what would work best for our apartment. We really picked up where we left off 4 years ago, and Gary was able to help and provide guidance for our project. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of an architect."

"I hired them to create plans for an apartment building. The process was quick and painless. Cost was good. The plans are full complete abd ready to take to builders for quotes. I will definitly use them again."

"I found him easy to deal with and talk to. He really listened well in order to understand what we wanted."

"I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Nextedge Estimators on a significant construction project, and I am thoroughly impressed with their expertise and professionalism. From the outset, their team demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in construction cost estimation. Nextedge Estimators provided a detailed and accurate estimate, which was crucial for our budgeting and planning processes. Their ability to break down complex project requirements into clear, concise cost components was invaluable. The transparency and thoroughness of their work allowed us to make informed decisions, ensuring that our project remained on track and within budget. I highly recommend Nextedge Estimators to any construction company seeking reliable and accurate estimation services."

"Architecture drawings for a minor remodel were done on time and on budget. The town asked for one update to the drawings and Talo Architect made the update promptly. This update required consulting a licensed engineer. Talo was able to get input from an engineer and update the drawings accordingly very quickly. Talo is a very competent architect. He keeps abreast with the latest building and energy saving techniques by attending training and seminars. I had a great conversation with him about above-sheathing roof insulation - a technique that is highly recommended by building science professionals but not known to many architects and roofing companies. He is also very familiar with net-zero (or near-net-zero) home remodeling. I highly recommend Talo Architect."
