"Awesome experience, would recommend highly. Mag was fair with pricing and very knowledgeable. He gave me peace of mind."

"Sami is a skilled, detailed, and creative architect. He is sensitive to client requirements and anticipates city building codes and the entire city review process of projects. We will use him for the detailed construction plans for our project s second phase."

"I highly recommend this contractor! The quality of work was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and paid close attention to every detail. The workmanship exceeded my expectations, and you can truly tell they take pride in what they do! I would definitely use them again!"

"Eric and his team are the epitome of consummate professionals. This was our second time contracting with them with the same superior outcome. We started with the general idea of ‘we want a paver patio and some steps.’ Eric came out, assessed the layout, expanded on our design, provided alternatives and priced the options as requested. We picked a paver pattern and color, discussed how the steps would be installed, and agreed on a timeline. As always, ideas for changes came up during the construction and were easily accommodated; the crew handled the changes without missing a beat. Every work day seemed to be used efficiently and interactions with the crew members were pleasant and professional. Sod and pine straw were replaced so that any disturbance due to equipment was repaired. The end result is of the highest quality. We recommend Nesbit Landscape and would definitely seek their advice and services again."

"We are beyond happy with the work Bryd L&D did! Carlos did great in the design of our stone retainer wall with the curve effect he added to the wall. It surpassed our expectations! The crew laid sod, put mulch all around the yard, and added hardscaping stone to the front yard where it is landscaped. Mr. Byrd and his crew are very professional, communicated with us throughout the day as the work was being done, and overall were wonderful. Definitely would recommend him and will use him again for future work. They do excellent work!"

"J.D.Grace was extremely knowledgeable about the process of surveying and getting the maps current for the LOMA inquiry. I highly recommend using him."

"Caroline was an excellent architect and a pleasure to work with. She designed a beautiful front porch for me that kept the architectural style of my 1909 home and added a new level of charm. She communicated effectively throughout the project and was always open to my ideas and requests. I would hire her again with no hesitation!"

"An outstanding service from quotation to completion. Patrick the owner worked relentlessly with his crew daily. Honesty, integrity and open communication throughout a total remodel of landscaping. 200fttree removal; additional tree and total existing bushes and trees removed. Irrigation installed; new sod, trees and bushes replaced. New drainage installed too. All professionally done with a great crew. Patrick ?owned? the project with no subcontractors or any delays. Two week project done with no problems of being distracted by other work. Arriving daily on time and meticulously cleaning up each day. I rarely give reviews but had to for this project. No upselling or excuses on work. Amazingly responsive even after hours to questions or requests. Takes great pride and enthusiasm in the work which is not common these days (and NO I am not related or compensated for writing this?). It?s rare these days to find someone who owns a project; personally works with his crew!! Amazing"
