"My wife and I were very pleased with Balal - prompt, professional, extremely detail oriented. He walked us through every step of the process and treated us like a true customer - not just a number. I would recommend Balal for any structural engineering needs - design, review, recommendation."

"Gregorio was found on google, and he compiled building plans we needed for an inspection. He was quick efficient and went above and beyond to help us obtain more documents we needed. very professional and I would definitely use him again for his expertise."

"Bijay of FIF Engineering went the extra mile to help me when my contractor dropped the ball on some paperwork I had to have for my HOA in order to begin a renovation that was on a tight timeline. I called him first thing on a Friday morning and not only did he answer before 8 am, he booked an appointment to view the property and make an assessment before noon. It was a holiday weekend with all other offices closed on Monday, and he got me the paperwork I desperately needed on Sunday! He was helpful in making small revisions to the plans at no extra charge and even followed up a few weeks later to be sure I had everything I needed. Bijay is kind, punctual, an excellent communicator, and very knowledgeable. I will be using him exclusively for all of my structural engineering needs moving forward. Highly recommend!"

"LCS provided windstorm engineered drawings for an outdoor kitchen that I'm building. Myra and Leonardo did a great job communicating with me during the process. They got the job knocked out within the scheduled time frame and didn't hold my project up. I highly recommend LCS to anyone who wants great customer service and quality work."

"They did an excellent job. Prior to that they did an excellent job. There was a deal that I bought in March and they came in and cleaned it up. I talked to them then about doing more work. They are exceptional and the quality of work is wonderful. They are super. When they say they are going to be there they are there. The workers are excellent and friendly. They made sure when I had questions to quickly get the owner on the phone so I could discuss it with him. They made sure that they knew what I wanted when I wanted it."

"What a spectacular job done by this company. We requested quote to landscape new build yard. They reviewed job, sent picture of plan and quote. Company completed entire project in 2 days! Fast, efficient, neat and reasonable. Highly recommend this business!"

"I hired them to create plans for an apartment building. The process was quick and painless. Cost was good. The plans are full complete abd ready to take to builders for quotes. I will definitly use them again."

"Richardson Group Construction did a great job on my backyard patio and walkway. The rain runoff from the roof was creating mud all on the ground but thanks to Chris and his team, he was able to install an amazing concrete back patio that runs up to my bar and out far enough to where I can put some chairs facing the backyard. Great work Richardson Group. Thank you."
