"We hired Mina from Kiro Engineering based on a friend’s recommendation to assess whether a wall in a home we had purchased was load-bearing. We had previously consulted with multiple architects who were unable to give us a clear answer, but Mina was able to quickly and confidently determine that the wall was not load-bearing. He provided a detailed report for the township and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Mina took the time to thoroughly explain everything to my husband, who is removing the wall himself. He even recommended adding beams to help prevent potential drywall issues and walked my husband through the reasoning and installation so we could complete the work ourselves with confidence. Mina was knowledgeable, professional, and generous with his time. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a structural engineer."

"Don't let Contractors take advantage of you, and hire an independent professional engineer. We did have several cracks around the house including the foundations walls, interior walls and ceilings. We hired many contractors for estimates for the repairs, we did have huge difference in quoted starting from $7K to $35K, then we hired an independent engineer to do a full structural assessment. We hired Kiro Engineering to do the structural assessment. They have three options for the assessment. We chose the highest option with a full assessment and structural integrity for the entire house. The report was very detailed with photos, observations, and recommendations. We like the way it was organized. The report was simple to read and understand for a "layman" who is not a professional contractor. This report gave us the right cost estimate. We almost saved $25K."

"Fabiano and his son did an excellent job. The house is over 100 years old and one is always braced for collateral damage when doing work like removing an old staircase and installing a new one. The removal went smoothly with no problems and the new staircase is beautiful. The work is quality and everything was clean when done. We are extremely happy with the new stairs. "I seldom give out 5 stars but he really went above and beyond the call of duty. I had 8 windows where I needed curtain rod base plates properly fixed to the walls. I live in a manufactured home, so the studs are wherever the builders felt like placing them. And then there's the drywall. Well it took the 2 of them 2 hours for that project with a few bumps along the way but the result was great. Would definitely hire him again. Also the price was great, and no hidden or extra charges. It was exactly the quoted estimate. Thx"

They enriched the existing soil with many cubic yards of new top soil and planted a whole new lawn of sod. They were punctual, friendly, hard working, and did a wonderful job.
