"We hired Mina from Kiro Engineering based on a friend’s recommendation to assess whether a wall in a home we had purchased was load-bearing. We had previously consulted with multiple architects who were unable to give us a clear answer, but Mina was able to quickly and confidently determine that the wall was not load-bearing. He provided a detailed report for the township and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Mina took the time to thoroughly explain everything to my husband, who is removing the wall himself. He even recommended adding beams to help prevent potential drywall issues and walked my husband through the reasoning and installation so we could complete the work ourselves with confidence. Mina was knowledgeable, professional, and generous with his time. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a structural engineer."

(Not an easy feat with multiple households, one being out of state for an extended period.) However, the paperwork was managed easily by A & J Excavation. All signatures were obtained electronically and work was able to begin. At the jobs completion, everyone was extremely pleased with the quality of the work.
