From the first time we spoke with the office until we signed a contract with Kurt to have our front flower bed re-worked and a pathway created between our garage and shed, the experience made us feel comfortable and sure that this company would treat us properly. The work was done within 2 days and looks great! We will definately use this company for any future yard needs and will refer them to anyone who needs landscaping work done."

Specifically he was able to design a dormer and internal support which all tied together and essentially fixed two issues with one design! Then to make things even better, he was able to communicate directly with my contractor and offer him multiple ways to address each issue - allowing my contractor to pick the most cost effective route. Steven has a unique blend of the ability to see the big picture, design really creative solutions, and at the same time not 'over-engineer' a solution which some others tend to do! If we ever need anything structural or architectural again we will be calling Steven!"

"Overall I had a very positive experience with LDS. I needed to hire a surveyor when I discovered the boundary lines were incorrect during the process of liquidating my parents estate. I contacted David White, who was very quick at responding to my phone calls, as well as my texts. The guys sent out to the site were polite and finished the survey quickly. The one critique I have is that they need to improve in their turn around time to get the survey documents to the customer quicker.
