"Stop reading the reviews and just CALL STEVEN! After buying a 100+ year old home with sagging floors, I scoured the internet for reviews of a great engineer. Steven is so much more than that! He was able to analyze all of our structural issues AND design and create Architectural Drawings for a large dormer! He's not only a one-stop shop for any needs you may have for your renovation - he develops MULTIPLE SOLUTIONS for your unique situation. Specifically he was able to design a dormer and internal support which all tied together and essentially fixed two issues with one design! Then to make things even better, he was able to communicate directly with my contractor and offer him multiple ways to address each issue - allowing my contractor to pick the most cost effective route. Steven has a unique blend of the ability to see the big picture, design really creative solutions, and at the same time not 'over-engineer' a solution which some others tend to do! If we ever need anything structural or architectural again we will be calling Steven!"

"Overall I had a very positive experience with LDS. I needed to hire a surveyor when I discovered the boundary lines were incorrect during the process of liquidating my parents estate. I contacted David White, who was very quick at responding to my phone calls, as well as my texts. The guys sent out to the site were polite and finished the survey quickly. The one critique I have is that they need to improve in their turn around time to get the survey documents to the customer quicker. I realize that many companies are short staffed and loaded with work. When I did receive the drawings and legal descriptions, they were well done and exactly what I needed. Thank you, Denise K."

"Jared and his team are amazing! Their work is top notch, everything went great, and smooth. Jared is probably the most genuine contractor I've ever met. I refer him to everyone. Thank you Jared"

"Evolution Drafting did a great job modifying my existing plans and updating for Arizona codes and took care of the structural engineering as well."

"Polite, on time and awesome work! I’m very pleased with the amount of time and care to finish my project"

"it went fantastic they worked their butts off and made it look amazing im very happy with the work"

"They did a really good job and they stand behind their work. The prices are competitive and they take pride in their work. I had a really old front door that was not insulated and they put in a new one with plenty of insulation. They also put in a new storm door and a garage side door that meant making a new doorway that's sealed properly. They answered all my questions and were respectful of the property"
