We are just regular people, with an average home, who are planning to replace roof, trim and accent siding. His fees are reasonable, and totally worth it for such a big investment on our home. "They did a survey for our property after our neighbor started calling the police on us saying that we were trespassing and telling us to remove stuff in our own backyard. Thanks to LDS, we were able to settle the debate. I strongly suggest getting a print with your survey. I know I'm glad we did. it goes a long way to have the evidence you need to defend yourself (In our case). The value this service offers does not deteriorate, and you can have the peace of mind of knowing you can plan for your property with every bit of knowledge possible.
