"Great. His professionalism and knowledge helped us gain approval....thanks joe.....next will be a building design"

"Great planning and execution. All went perfectly."

"Mina was friendly and very professional. He addressed all structural issues and gave great, detailed advice. I highly recommend Kiro Engineering."

"I contacted three big-name companies to access a series of basement wall cracks. Two came and proposed differing actions. Neither solution, nor costs, appealed to me. I needed expert engineering guidance. Researched several candidates, and selected Mina Mikaeel. I informed him of relevant details about the house, and of my meeting with the basement people. He conducted a thorough assessment of the structure and the land grading. During that process, he advised me on the causes of the cracks and suggestions on how I can easily prevent more. He cited the pros and cons of Basement Repair companies, and then explained â with evidenceâ that my situation was not as serious as those folks led me to believe. Mr. Mikaeel then defined a corrective action plan: citing the necessary actions, the equipment needed, cuts to be made, the sequence, and specific materials for sealing. He also recommended qualified people, and offered to come back to assess their work. The work was completed. I have peace of mind (and a warranty on that work)! Hiring Mr. Mikaeel was the best decision, and investment, that I made on this project. He has my highest recommendation. Thank you, Mina."

"Anthony and John were a pleasure to work with! They took our vision and made it a reality! Their suggestions in some of the planning were spot on and made our house our dream home. They were responsive to our requests and would take the time to explain to us why they were suggesting certain features. So easy to work with, friendly, funny and timely! True professionals with the added touch of feeling like you’re working with family. They were truly invested in our project and it truly showed in EVERY detail. I would welcome the opportunity to work Bruttaniti Architecture in the future and would certainly recommend them to anyone for any of your architecture needs!!"

"Excellent work. Meticulous about the quality of the work and about cleaning up at the end of each day. Very easy going and patient when we needed to ask him to change the sequence of the work to accomodate our schedules. Always willing to listen to our concerns and answer questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Did a great job of working with our engineer, who was not an easy guy to work with.

"Dee finished the drawings in a timely manner. He made revisions to fine tune and included an optional alternate floor plan I requested for a very reasonable up charge. I’m sure I’ll be using Dee again in the future."

"It was a long process on a 100-yr old apartment but the work performed by Manfredia's was excellent. Would definitely hire them again."

".Very satisfied. Showed up on time, did a great job, and followed through with the engineering report in a timely manner."

"Great experience with Plymouth Nursery & Landscaping Co and John D. He designed the landscaping and hardscaping of the front and sides of my home. His workers worked for an entire week in 90+ degree weather until job was done. I am now getting so many compliments from my neighbors. We went from no urb appeal to the best house on out block. Thanks, John"
