"I would wager it's pretty rare that your relationship with a contractor is so smooth, so collaborative and so easy that they become a legitimate friend... but that's what happened with Dave Nessel and me. He came recommended by our architect, and we hired Dave to build our custom 3br, 3ba modern home in the woods of Woodstock, NY. He was head and shoulders above the other contractors we interviewed in terms of thoroughness, communication, availability and ease of collaboration. The home he built was within 5% of our agreed-upon budget (and that 5% wasn't even his fault — it was unknowable site complications) and we did it 3-months faster than anyone else quoted us was possible. Dave navigated massive supply chain issues without a single delay to the project through his organization and foresight. But more importantly, our home is beautiful and Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with. I simply cannot sing his praises any higher (and have recommended him to 3 different friends since)"

"Okay where do I even start. Professional, on time, on point, attention to detail, very knowledgeable, fair pricing, absolutely great customer service. Brain and his team are now hired to manage and maintain our beautiful lawn. It's something when you look out your window and see neighbors stop to take pics of your lawn."

"I hired them to create plans for an apartment building. The process was quick and painless. Cost was good. The plans are full complete abd ready to take to builders for quotes. I will definitly use them again."

"Mike Duval of Engineering Services PLLC really knows his stuff. I was extremely worried about the stability of our 1840's "country-house" in New Paltz … most specifically, the weight-bearing walls. Mike immediately spotted the problem areas, which to my great relief were not as ominous as I was expecting. He made several suggestions for how we could resolve the problems, ranging from those that would be more esthetically pleasing to those that would be sound and functional but more economical. Within a week he sent the assessment and report which was easy to read and understand. We can now have peace of mind and fix our problem areas. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the services we received from Mike and will most certainly call on him again in the future if needed."

"John is great to work with. Very responsive and professional. We're still working with him for our renovation we had to delay by a year due to timing issues. He's reassured us that he will continue to work with us on whatever we need when getting permits. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an architect. He listens to what you want and also offers great ideas and alternatives."
