"Don't let Contractors take advantage of you, and hire an independent professional engineer. We did have several cracks around the house including the foundations walls, interior walls and ceilings. We hired many contractors for estimates for the repairs, we did have huge difference in quoted starting from $7K to $35K, then we hired an independent engineer to do a full structural assessment. We hired Kiro Engineering to do the structural assessment. They have three options for the assessment. We chose the highest option with a full assessment and structural integrity for the entire house. The report was very detailed with photos, observations, and recommendations. We like the way it was organized. The report was simple to read and understand for a "layman" who is not a professional contractor. This report gave us the right cost estimate. We almost saved $25K."

"No fuss no hassle they were up front with their price and told me up front that they were two weeks out with scheduling. There were no hidden fees or games. I would recommend them."

"They did good, professional work! They were on time!"

"I hired them to create plans for an apartment building. The process was quick and painless. Cost was good. The plans are full complete abd ready to take to builders for quotes. I will definitly use them again."

"The pro was very communicative, able to adapt to my schedule and provided the exact work requested in a timely professional manner. It was very humid the day of install and they made a return trip to make sure everything dried and sealed appropriately."

"Great service, professional, on time, highly satisfied."

"Highly recommend!! Extremely professional and extremely efficient. In addition to painting >3,000 sq feet with a majority being >17 feet walls the team ensured they patched and fixed any cracks, and or damage to the home we purchased ensuring everything looked flawless and undetectable once painted. I’ve been through multiple home repairs/improvements in the past and cannot express how amazing this team was. Recommend for any renovations, paint etc… they came recommended and I can absolutely see why!!"

"They came here and did the job and they also went over everything with me and showed me everything that was done."
