"David is excellent! We hired him for an entire first floor renovation of our home (approx. 1,300 sq ft). He understood the vision we had for our home and made excellent recommendations that we never would have thought of. During the design phase, he pointed out ideas that would help save money but keep our vision in tack. He worked with our contractor and the township to make adjustments to the plans so everything would be up to code. He was very responsive and quick to respond to emails whenever we needed anything. "I had a small amount of water seepage in my basement and I wanted the expertise of a structural engineer to evaluate the possible cause(s) and to recommend remediation approaches. Glenwood Engineering was prompt to contact me as soon as a match was made and a structural engineer came to do a visual field visit. He identified a couple of causes and gave recommendations, giving priority to the easier solution first, observe the results and then if necessary, try the more radical solution. I feel that the suggestions were reasonable and appropriate. I paid for a written report which included photos taken on-site. I feel like I had a good experience."
