"Chubb Construction was very responsive and called me back within a few hours. We set up a time they would come look at the project, since it was outdoors I didn't need to be home. After looking at the job they called me back immediately and suggested we set up a time together to meet with a city inspector to discuss what the most cost effective option would be that would also satisfy the city's requirements. Chubb did all the leg work of calling the right people at the city and actually found out our city may have changed the way it deals with water from the gutters etc per new EPA recommendations. Chubb relayed this information to me and even gave me the phone number for who to contact at the city. The city is now reviewing if the work needs to be done at all. If all goes well this will literally save us thousands of dollars. I appreciate the honesty of the company and for them to go out of the way to discover we many not even need their services!
