If you work with this Pro you must be clear up front, but they were very professional. I would recommend them. but know that their services are targeted toward the buyer and the report includes recommendations for buyers. IF you are a seller I highly recommend requesting a sample of the report. Also note: Post Construction Engineer letter is an additional cost."
