"Mr. Medeiros was very easy to talk to and exchange ideas. He communicated well - in person and online - and his written work was well laid out. His references were easy to get in touch with and answered all of our questions. We, in the end, went with another architect, for various small reasons. None of which were because we felt that Mr. Medeiros wouldn't provide all that we needed. It was a tough decision. If you are looking for an architect that will design your dream project thoroughly and professionally, you should take the time to meet with Mr. Medeiros."

"Office promptly called to schedule an appointment. Engineer was knowledgeable, pleasant, and provided the service we requested."

"After a nightmarish experience with a crooked contractor, I was left on my own to obtain plans and a permit for my unfinished deck. I reached out to ISTA - their structural engineer Pedram has been nothing short of amazing. He came to my property to verify measurements to make sure the drawings would meet code, spent a great deal of time observing all structures and pointing out in great detail everything that needed to be fixed for safety reasons (things that were missed by my city inspector), offered alternatives to costly fixes, then worked very quickly to draw plans as he empathized with my situation. He even called the city's building department and got everything resolved on the spot. Five minutes after his call, my permit was approved!! And through all this, Pedram was so friendly and empathetic. Everyone in that office I spoke to has been very nice as well. I will definitely use ISTA again for all my future projects."

"What a great experience. Can't say enough , good about the way we were treated and the job that they did. The attention to detail was fantastic. Not often do you have a great experience from beginning to final completion of the project? But this was it!"

"Actually it was an entire house remodel! It was a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, living room, kitchen, and basement remodel. Marc is a very talented architect with great ideas. He was very easy to work with and he was very available to help and answer questions. I recommend him highly. If I ever have another project I will hire Marc."

"We're 8300ft, so spring starts a bit later than below. Life eventually warms and Honest Hands comes up to give our office flower beds a spring clean-up. Weed pulling, leaf removal, etc. They added more mulch and hauled away the debris. Last year included more pruning of our lilac bush and overgrown rose bushes. They came up a couple times over the summer for the different projects. I'd definitely recommend Frank D. and Honest Hands for your landscaping needs! ~Richard B."

"We had a great experience working with Vital Architecture and highly recommend her. For Little Village Childcare, she helped us save money by confirming certain landlord requests were not required by code and securing a waiver that saved space and costs. She also reduced civil engineering expenses by preparing the playground drainage plan herself. During construction, she provided extra support at no cost and helped us handle contractor changes wisely. For another church childcare project, she identified zoning issues early so everyone understood the risks. In Colorado Springs, she warned a tenant about higher plumbing costs required by childcare regulations, helping them avoid a bad lease. For an adult care project, she reviewed the food area and explained new kitchen and ventilation requirements. Carmen is knowledgeable, thorough, and truly looks out for her clients’ best interests."

"They have been very helpful with our situation and have moved it along quickly. They completed the drawings, architectural stamps and the permitting for us as well."

"Got work done right and efficiently. Highly recommended!"

"Great guy and crew. He helped us design the bathrooms which we love. He added to the garage to make it a 3 car garage. Also added a covered patio. Our house is now a home. I have future project that we are going to start soon. Started working with him in 2020"
