This is is my first time taking on a project like this so Iâ m a little lost on the steps to move forward. Pedro walked me through the process and told me what I need to do get started and advised me on what walls were load bearing and provided solutions to walls that were load bearing that I potentially want to remove. Iâ m just waiting on an Architect and I look forward to working with the architect and PJM to make the home of my dreams."
