"Pedro was very helpful. I plan on remodeling my house and adding an addition. I called several other structural engineers and none of them really could help me or guide me in the right direction of how to move forward in the process. This is is my first time taking on a project like this so Iâ m a little lost on the steps to move forward. Pedro walked me through the process and told me what I need to do get started and advised me on what walls were load bearing and provided solutions to walls that were load bearing that I potentially want to remove. Iâ m just waiting on an Architect and I look forward to working with the architect and PJM to make the home of my dreams."

"It went well. Had the field surveryor on property within 2 days of my payment. There was a delay of almost 2 weeks to get the survey, and I went in person to pick it up because my architect wanted some originals to look at. Other than that, the staff was nice and professional, and they delivered on a job well done."

"Evolution Drafting did a great job modifying my existing plans and updating for Arizona codes and took care of the structural engineering as well."

"Jed Hannon is an experienced Structural Engineer. We required two inspections, one for required paperwork and another in order to make a major structural decision. Jed provided both services. We had full confidence in Jed's professional knowledge as well as his informal advice. We would not hesitate to recommend."
