He would immediately respond to any inquiry, which I feel is extremely important. He provided us with design options on our home renovation project and gave us the pros and cons of each. There were some small issues/oversights that I noticed on the plans, based on my background in engineering that were quickly addressed and fixed. The only thing I would suggest to Design X Architects is to make sure plans are reviewed by in house drafters so that once they are sent to customers that are non-technical, the small oversights would get picked up and corrected before city submission. I highly recommend Design X Architects because of Jonathan's constant communication with me as a client and dedication to his work."
