"Magdiel was truly a pleasure to work with and we are thoroughly grateful for his review of our home. I had many concerns and he looked at and addressed them all. He never made us feel rushed even though he came on a Saturday morning. He was even kind enough to suggest we not pay for the report as he didn't feel it was necessary. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a structural engineer."

"Excellent attention to detail, works in budget established, frequent consults both in person and by phone to polish every aspect of the build, friendly, respectful, committed to bringing client hopes and dreams into a thorough set of Contractor-Ready plans! Enjoyed working with Sami. Very happy!"

"I highly recommend this contractor! The quality of work was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and paid close attention to every detail. The workmanship exceeded my expectations, and you can truly tell they take pride in what they do! I would definitely use them again!"

"Eric and his team are the epitome of consummate professionals. This was our second time contracting with them with the same superior outcome. We started with the general idea of ‘we want a paver patio and some steps.’ Eric came out, assessed the layout, expanded on our design, provided alternatives and priced the options as requested. We picked a paver pattern and color, discussed how the steps would be installed, and agreed on a timeline. As always, ideas for changes came up during the construction and were easily accommodated; the crew handled the changes without missing a beat. Every work day seemed to be used efficiently and interactions with the crew members were pleasant and professional. Sod and pine straw were replaced so that any disturbance due to equipment was repaired. The end result is of the highest quality. We recommend Nesbit Landscape and would definitely seek their advice and services again."

"I had two retaining walls updated from wood to stone and they both turned out wonderful. The design, installation and workmanship were all excellent. Additionally, I had some general landscaping done. They are great communicators and a pleasure to work with."

"We had Royal Victory Renovations do some design work for us, including architectural drawings. Mister Leonardo Cadena was great to work with, responsive, on-time and very proficient. For any future work we will again be customers."
