"Don't let Contractors take advantage of you, and hire an independent professional engineer. We did have several cracks around the house including the foundations walls, interior walls and ceilings. We hired many contractors for estimates for the repairs, we did have huge difference in quoted starting from $7K to $35K, then we hired an independent engineer to do a full structural assessment. We hired Kiro Engineering to do the structural assessment. They have three options for the assessment. We chose the highest option with a full assessment and structural integrity for the entire house. The report was very detailed with photos, observations, and recommendations. We like the way it was organized. The report was simple to read and understand for a "layman" who is not a professional contractor. This report gave us the right cost estimate. We almost saved $25K."

"Dee finished the drawings in a timely manner. He made revisions to fine tune and included an optional alternate floor plan I requested for a very reasonable up charge. I’m sure I’ll be using Dee again in the future."

"I had a great experience working with Glenwood Engineering LLC. I was in the process of selling my home and the buyer's mortgage company was requiring a structural engineer to certify the home was structurally sound as the joists in the basement had some previous termite damage. An engineer was able to come out in less than a week and although the initial report indicated some repairs that would be necessary everything needed was clearly stated. I was able to get a contractor to come do the repairs and Glenwood Engineering LLC was able to send the engineer out for a reinspection only two days after the repairs were complete. The customer service was outstanding and thanks to how quickly they were able to send an engineer out both for inspection and for reinspection we were able to close on time. I would definitely use their services again."

"Evolution Drafting did a great job modifying my existing plans and updating for Arizona codes and took care of the structural engineering as well."

"This company staff and owner are great kind people. Worried about who to hire. This is the company to hire. Thank you so much for the kindness you showed me."

"Surveyor was friendly and very good...he quickly located our original boundary markers even though they were under 6" of soil. I recommend them!"

"Jeff listens to what you are trying to do and measures thoroughly. His conceptual work is great and it was easy to picture what are remolding would look like. I would recommend Jeff / Mercale Studios to everyone!"
