"Joe designed a beautiful family room addition to expand our Cape Cod style home. His design integrated the new room beautifully into the existing house and it looks like it was always there.  All of the builders who bid on his design remarked how detailed and complete his plans were. I would use him again without hesitation. A really good architect and a heck of a nice guy.

"Mr Mikaeel immediately contacted me once I put in a request on Home Advisor. He explained his services and he offered me more options than I had received from other engineers. Those options included paying less money which I appreciated right away. He knew I didn't have much time to work with and we scheduled the next day. He arrived on time, was very personable, very professional, explained what I needed to know and also gave me great news. I will recommend him to anyone that needs a structural engineer Thank you Home Advisor!"

"We had LallyGone come in and remove a load-bearing wall for us as part of a larger remodel. We knew that there would be a post-required to support not only the new beam, but an existing steel I-beam that terminated in the same spot. When we opened everything up, it became apparent that in order to adequately support both, the post would need to be much larger than we initially thought - if we simply posted the new beam. We got George on Facetime so he could see what was going on and he worked in real-time with his crew to engineer a solution that not only brought the size of the post back in line with everyone's initial expectations, but actually improved upon the existing post which did not have adequate blocking underneath. If you are looking for a one stop shop, LallyGone is it."

"Steve was referred to us by a friend who was very happy with his work.  We have since used him numerous times for landscaping, laying sod, forming new flower beds and removing old shrubbery.  This year he rearranged a large bed for us and planted some privacy shrubbery that is working out absolutely wonderful!!  Everyone at Royal is courteous and very accommodating.  I would highly recommend Royal for any landscaping job you may have.  Great Company!!"

"Joey and his crew are AMAZING! We hired Joe's Landscape LLC for shrub trimming and weed maintenance. He responded to my inquiry instantly and came to discuss the job the same day. He gave us a very fair quote the next day. Joey completed the job ahead of the scheduled date and did a fantastic job! He is now our permanent landscaper and we look forward to many years of his excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Joe's Landscape LLC."
