They did a good job with the new plan, but when the installation crew arrived we were told the designer would not be coming out to the site. The site foreman asked me where to place the plants. My response was that that's why I hired your firm. The designer did eventually come out to the job completed. The designer did not follow up with us to see if we were satisfied. The work was completed to our expectation, but we were disappointed with the process."
