"Excellent service, good price and very expedient. I would definitely recommend for structural engineer services"

"Wow. I am thoroughly impressed with Justin and AE Leuken engineers! While other Structural engineers demanded site visits and where going to take weeks to design and approve an Egress window well for a finished basement, Justin jumped all over my requests and had everything completed in 3 Days!!! He was VERY easy to work with, communicated efficiently via text & cell, and even worked on the project at night and early in the morning. Justin was also very privy to the building codes at PPRBD, which many local Structural Engineers were not. Definitely contact Justin and AE Leuken Engineers if you want to get the job done right and quickly!"

"Before getting any work done to your foundation: 1. Get a structural engineer to go out to look at your property. This is advice someone gave me. 2. Make sure that engineer is Jeremy. This is advice Iâ m passing on to you because he is amazing! Before I was told about getting a structural engineer, several people came out to look at the foundation, giving me an average quote of $20,000 though they never went under the house. Jeremy did go under the house and came out with dozens of photos. He showed, as well as told me, what was actually going on with the foundation. Later he emailed me a link to the photos and attached a summary of his observations. Heâ s polite, professional, meticulous, conscientious and knowledgeable. Heâ s very patient. Answered all of my questions. On top of that, heâ s really affordable. I donâ t often recommend people, but I highly recommend Jeremy."

"We had a great experience working with Vital Architecture and highly recommend her. For Little Village Childcare, she helped us save money by confirming certain landlord requests were not required by code and securing a waiver that saved space and costs. She also reduced civil engineering expenses by preparing the playground drainage plan herself. During construction, she provided extra support at no cost and helped us handle contractor changes wisely. For another church childcare project, she identified zoning issues early so everyone understood the risks. In Colorado Springs, she warned a tenant about higher plumbing costs required by childcare regulations, helping them avoid a bad lease. For an adult care project, she reviewed the food area and explained new kitchen and ventilation requirements. Carmen is knowledgeable, thorough, and truly looks out for her clients’ best interests."

"Very happy with all the work that was done. Chris was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted and made it even better than I was expecting. Price was right and I am completely satisfied. I highly recommend for any landscaping needs and look forward to working with them again in the future."

"I hired them to create plans for an apartment building. The process was quick and painless. Cost was good. The plans are full complete abd ready to take to builders for quotes. I will definitly use them again."

"Literally Top Notch from start to finish. Finished big job in a day and a half. As many as 4-5 workers on the job and professional equipment. Arely, the account exec, was super helpful and kind. Can't recommend this company high enough."

"Alignment Construction was hired to remodel/renovate my Master Bedroom, Bath, and Guest Bath. The rooms were original, 1991. Vance and crew removed all exposed lighting and replaced with recessed. Hardwood flooring was installed in the bedroom and the Master Bath gutted. They removed an existing small shower and, with innovative design, were able to build a large shower with bench seating. This was complicated by an existing window wall that I wanted to keep. By utilizing every inch of space available, they were able to install a stackable washer/dryer and hide it behind a door, giving my home two laundry stations. Vance built a custom vertical sliding storage unit that sits alongside the washer/dryer. I had a good idea of the look I wanted and once conveyed to Vance, he was instrumental in the selection of fixtures and finishes. Everything was 100% professionally handled. There is a contract with cost clearly stated and most importantly, zero surprises. He and his team arrived punctually every morning and the job was completed within the time frame allotted. I live in a strict HOA governed community and Vance adhered to every restriction. My neighbors commented he was there every day - which is evidently unusual for many General Contractors. I will hire Alignment Construction for future work and recommend him without hesitation."
