"I am a Realtor and was representing Sellers. The Buyers in athe transaction wanted $16,500 for foundation work based on a report from a foundation inspection company. My property inspector and an architect friend felt the report was completely in error. I called Home Advisor and Padir responded. The inspector came out the same day; charged a very reasonable price and delivered a professional 17 page report. We gave that to the Buyers Realtor and settled on a very small credit based on the report from Padir."

"I reached out to Geico Builders through referral program. Project Manager Mila was super responsive and came out to give me ideas and quote. Once we agreed to the bid they were able to start work in just a few days. I already had a plan and plant list from a landscape architect so I was able to share those documents with them. I had biggest issue with the goffers all over my front yard, the suggestion that Mila gave me was priceless. The way how they did concrete an the amount of rebars they use I knew at that time this concrete stays here for a very long time! Team worked very quickly and efficient always left the job site clean when they left for the day. Mila was also helpful when we added more elements to the original plan. I got several quotes for this job and Geico Builders beat them all. The quality of the work was great so I feel like I got a great deal. Geico Builders thank you so much for all your hard work. We love our new yard!"

"It was a small job. The engineer that came out did a great job exceeding our expectations."

"They came in and clearly gave me an evolution of my situation. They advised I would be okay, and if I wanted I could do the minor self repair myself to the foundation and what materials to use. I am going to hire them to knock down a load bearing wall. Those guys are awesome."

"Rich has completed several projects in the past and plans breezed through plan check, I did not use him for this project because of engineering requirements in the job. ."

"Sharmila is wonderful. She couldn't be more helpful and she moved the project through really fast. I was amazed at how fast and hard she worked. I would recommend her to everyone. We were having a really hard time with another engineering firm and after four months we had gotten no where. Sharmila moved us thorough in less than a month."

"I highly recommend this company. All projects are always completed on time, and communication is excellent. I’m always kept informed about what’s happening with the project and what stage it’s at. Whenever I have questions or need an update, they respond quickly and clearly. They are reliable, professional, and very easy to work with."

"We hired Shay to correctly vault our home’s ceilings after they were unsafely vaulted years earlier by a licensed general contractor. Shay, their construction manager, gave us a typed, 17 page contract on the SAME DAY that he came to give us an estimate (!) The contract was highly specific, with detailed scope of work, and contained many protections for the homeowner, several which we referred to during the project. Their bid wasn’t the lowest, nor was it the highest — two came in at double and triple Shay’s estimate, one at 30% less. We were inspired by Shay’s rapidly produced and detailed contract — along with the excellent references that they gave us — to go with them, and we’re very glad that we did. They started a month AHEAD of schedule, and had reasonable progress payments as the project continued. Every step of the way their work was on time and professional, and their change orders were always necessary and reasonable. They followed the architectural and structural plans in great detail, worked well with our structural engineer, and in several instances saved us from having to rip out parts of our floor and a kitchen window through their effective negotiations with the planning office. All building inspections were passed with no difficulties, and the site was cleaned up immaculately upon completion of the project."
