Daniel Perez was my project manager and right from the start, he was very communicative explaining exactly what the process would be, giving me very detailed estimates to work with and made it very easy for me to complete the project with Brother & Brother. They have a design service that helps with the detailed design, picking out materials, styles and color. Once the plans were approved by the city, the project started almost immediately and progressed as the fast pace completing on time.
