"Working with Justin and Adam Contracting was painless and the quality of work and timely completion of the job is commendable. Communications were great; they were always on time and if there was going to be a delay we were promptly notified. But most importantly is their integrity. There was a room which needed ceiling drywall repair that we had forgotten was part of the original estimate. Several days after we had paid the final invoice, we got a call from Justin stating they had forgotten to do the drywall repair in the room in question. "Todd Willoughby is a very talented architect. We have had the pleasure of working with him to design our custom home in Middleburg, Virginia. Todd is extremely knowledgeable about residential and commercial construction. This is our third custom home, and we have worked with several other architects on various projects through the years. A&A Structures responded extremely promptly and the engineer, Yahya Alibadi, agreed to come the same day. He was a pleasure to deal withâ extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth, patiently answering all our questions, no matter how tangential.. He spent more than two ours inspecting the house inside and out, explained what he saw, the options for fixing the problem, and followed it up with a long, thorough, and clear report that we will share with the contractor who will be doing the repairs.
