"Every time he comes, we have 7 computers and he checks and updates everything and fixes everything that others couldn't fix. he configures the whole network in the house to make sure that all our computer are all hooked up and communicating with the network. he is clean, careful, and very professional with his work. We couldn't find anyone as competent as Mr. Caughman. He pricing is honest and reasonable."

"My computer had been running pretty slow and making a lot of noise for several weeks.  I ran a few anti-virus and registry programs, did disk cleanups and defrags - you name it.  Anthony found way too many programs that were starting up and/or running in the background unnecessarily.  He disable them and removed malware.  He calls at the appointed time and walks the client through giving him remote access to your computer through a program call TeamViewer.  You are then free to hang up and go about your business and Anthony will call you back when everything is complete.  At that time, he will explain what he did and you can ask questions.
The computer is much quieter and runs so much faster now.  I had suspected that I might need more RAM, but I decided to have the tune-up first to be sure.  The tune-up saved me so much money, since I didn't need more memory (RAM can be costly).

"When the fan broke on my laptop computer, I looked in Angie's list to find a repair shop with a good reputation, and found ABQ Computer Repair. My hard disk was due to be replaced, and I got an estimate from Marvin on the cost of upgrading my hard disk and replacing the fan. Marvin kept me posted on the progress of the work with timely updates and good communication. The job ended up taking much longer than Marvin had expected due to an intermittent problem with the motherboard that we suspect was caused by overheating when the fan broke. Based on Marvin's advice, when we found out about the motherboard issue, I decided to get a new computer instead of continuing with the repair. Because he was not able to get my computer working, Marvin ended up charging me for less than a couple hours of labor even though he spent many hours troubleshooting my system. Marvin gave me some good suggestions on choosing a new computer. I would definitely work with ABQ Computer Repair again.

"It was great. Within maybe 30 minutes I received a call from a tech in my area and we arranged for him to come to my house the next day, I believe. He spent a couple hours here, ran several pieces of diagnostic software, and removed some malware. I have no idea of all the functions he performed. When he left, my laptop ran like a new laptop! I was thrilled. I don't recall that I have used them since Geekatoo and Hello Tech became one. but I will be using them soon. I have a desktop computer that needs review."

As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."
