"Very patient with and old computer"

"Showed up within 1/2 hour, provided excellent and professional service. I highly recommend Symmetry as a go to contractor for all electronic / computer work."

"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

"Seeing every desktop icon suddenly blinking was pretty alarming, especially since there was no obvious reason for it. I reached out to MicroSec because I was worried something bigger was going wrong with the computer. They took a look remotely, found the problem, and got the desktop behaving normally again. What stood out was how thorough they were instead of just applying a quick fix and moving on. Very reassuring experience, and the computer has been working great since."

"Fantastic - work was done remotely in about an hour, and my computer is better than new!"

"It was good.  It seems okay.  The computer is working pretty good.  Although I don’t use it everyday but when I use it I don’t get any warnings about anything.  The guy was very good with his business.  I only paid the $59 big deal."

"Great. My computer is fine.
Anthony was very responsive on both occasions.  We made an appointment for him to work on the computer via distance.  He called at the appointed time.  I signed up for a yearly plan and glad I did so because I have called him already twice.

"Great. Joe Zimmerman of AAA Computers showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and even supplied a power cord which was missing from the box the movers had packed the computers in. He went out of his way to make sure things were working correctly and gave me a tutorial on fixing issues by myself were additional problems to crop up."
