"This was my 2nd job for our "go to guys" for all of our tv and sound systems projects and once again Elite A/V LLC came though like champs! Erik and Mike arrived on time as agreed to our new home and made sure they didn't track in anything on our new carpets . They were very careful with moving our new furniture as well. They looked at the job we had, made some quick recommendations on how we wanted it to be done and immediately got to work. There was an issue with the tv placement in 1 room due to stud placement, but they were able to get it so close that you couldn't even see the difference. The fact that it was to them and that they informed me of such a minor change really impressed me! Afterwards, they made sure everything was working to my satisfaction even before taking their tools out or even asking for payment, which was exactly what I was quoted and I really appreciated the fact that they didn't like with most specials, once the workmen are in your home they try to upsell you to death. I highly recommend Elite A/V LLC for any audio or video project you may have! Thanks again for the great job Erik & Mike! I'll probably see you again next time!!"

"I knew that it would be over the phone, but I thought it would  be more. He had me go to a website and he remotely got in my computer.  I don't understand the things he did.  But he did cause things to go wrong on the computer.  I called him and he agreed to work on it again to fix them. He spent a good deal of time working on correcting them. Some were fixed, some were not.  My computer did not run any faster nor perform any better after he worked on it.  But he was very pleasant and professional to speak with.  As nice as he was, based on my experience, it was not worth the price.

"It was great. Within maybe 30 minutes I received a call from a tech in my area and we arranged for him to come to my house the next day, I believe. He spent a couple hours here, ran several pieces of diagnostic software, and removed some malware. I have no idea of all the functions he performed. When he left, my laptop ran like a new laptop! Matt arrived at my doorstep about 2 hours later (not making this up), and had both problems solved in about an hour (not making that up either).
