"The one thing that impressed us the most was when we needed a high quality awning to withstand extreme weather conditions, in a unique decking situations, to construct and install a custom frame to accommodate our application flawlessly. He didn't stop working until the product was complete. Most companies were only willing to offer us an out-of the box awning and he really blew us away with his attention to detail and innovation with unique awning. It was outstanding! He even ensures to check in with us that everything is okay with the product, I cannot speak more highly of him!"
