It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."

Through all this, Aden was very communicative and responsive to all my questions. He is easy to reach by phone. The crew is patient and spend time discussing the customer's options before beginning work. The project was completed on time and within budget. I have experience working with various contractors, and D&L impressed me with their quality of framing. Nothing was done sloppily or rushed. "I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."
