"The owner/operator was prompt in responding to the request for onsite analysis and review of the project (as it related to wind storm damage); he was out the following day (high marks). The work seems to be quality (have to wait the test of elements for further satisfaction) and was done in a timely manner. The only constructive criticism I have is, the actual worker(s) or more importantly the "lead" supervisor, stated that he called the previous day to inform us of the intended work and "was unable to reach us" and just showed up.
