"Vincent Barron, the owner still working, responded immediately and installed a well built handrail to our steps. I would highly recommend his company."

"I own a house in Rocklin and hired John to make a safe and maintenance free yard for my relatives/tenants who live there, including 5 little kids. John was absolutely wonderful to work with. His work was on time and on budget and of the highest quality. He is a exceptionally pleasant person and brought ideas and an open mind to our initial planning meeting, then kept me informed at each phase of the project with progress reports and suggestions to keep our costs on target. He understood our
objectives of creating a safe play space, making choices and repairs to ensure durability, enhancing privacy, and creating the least maintenance needs possible. What a great job he did! We got exactly what we wanted. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend John and his crew.

"I was impressed with the fact that they actually came when they said they would.
I feel that I may have been able to get the job done more cheaply but I'm afraid the job I would get for a cheaper amount would be a cheaper job. I think they were dependable and the job was well done.
They did use nails on the deck which is OK but I would have liked screws better.

"They were hardworking, and no damage was on my things. they cleaned up well, and they were very nice. They sweep my old apartment well and very professional. I have recommended them to my friends. They speak English and Spanish very well, I enjoyed talking to them about the work. Very affordable pricing. I really appreciate their honesty specially when they dumped the trash in to the dumpster."

"The guy from REO Mechanical was very nice and professional. He came to our home and repaired the AC quickly. We now have nice cool air flowing through the house! Its a life saver in these hot Sacramento summers! The office staff was AWESOME! I spoke with Jen and Ashley and they were both wonderful! It was like speaking with a friends after a like period of non communication. Both women were friendly and very helpful in meeting my needs. After my service was complete, I called the office again to speak with upper management so that I could let them know what a great experience I had working with them. When I called, I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Maria. She is a great lady who runs an awesome business! I would recommend them to my friends and family!"

"It went very well. I’m incapacitated with a broken ankle. My husband has tried to keep up with the housework. Unfortunately he’s not aware of all the things this requires. After three months of being patient, I needed help. Plus it was past time for much of the work. Lido and Gina were professional and efficient. On time and worked nonstop. In 45 years of housekeeping, this was my first time hiring a professional cleaning service. I’m pretty particular with my home. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I have beautiful wood floors that I’m really, really particular about. Lido and Gina heard my concern and took special care. I’ll definitely refer them and plan to have them again. Hopefully with a less in need house. What a relief to have a clean home."

Retractable awnings are not designed to be used in the rain. They are intended to provide shade on dry, sunny days, rather than protecting people and furnishings from precipitation, and certainly not against heavy storms. The retractable awning may be fine with a light drizzle, but you should retract it if you expect inclement weather or severe storms.
Depending on your local climate conditions, some retractable awnings can be used year-round, including during both winter and summer. However, you should carefully check the instructions for your specific product and find out what steps you should take to winterize the awning fabric. Sometimes, you can purchase a special cover to place over the material during winter.
Retractable awnings offer significant benefits by instantly enhancing outdoor comfort and protecting your furniture and living spaces from harmful UV exposure and inclement weather. They provide efficient shade that lowers cooling expenses and add a modern, stylish touch to your home’s exterior. Their installation extends the usable area of patios and decks while reducing maintenance needs by safeguarding surfaces against sun damage and rain.
