"Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.

"I tried to use them for the service. Unfortunately, although their ad shows some photos of homes that they worked out this way, they no longer come out to perform service on the Southside. When I called, I left a message and he called me back within an hour. The guy I spoke with was really nice and he did give me a referral for someone who was good and worked out on my side of town. When I contacted the referral, he said that that LG will not sell them the parts for refrigerators, but only will sell parts for other types of appliances. After speaking with his referral, I contacted him to let him know. He was very professional about it and as was helpful as he could be. His reviews were outstanding and I was disappointed that I could not use his service."
