"The government was granting monies for hurricane protection to lower income homeowners; I qualified. I got three estimates from local installers and decided on B&C Shutters because Bob seemed honest, fair and willing to serve. Bob was compassionate and diligent to work with me to provide quality protective coverings on my multi-opening Old Florida home (including the cupola at the top of my 30 foot roof) and the apartment over my garage, striving to stay within the financial limitations of the grant. He provided peace of mind by answering every question and considering every suggestion that I had (mostly through late night emails), making sure the paperwork that needed to be submitted to the state was complete and in order (including county permits/approvals) and finished the job to this native Floridian's total satisfaction."
